It's official! We are proud to announce our partnership with one of the premier rugby clubs in Canada, the Burnaby Lake Rugby Club. The Rugby Shop is excited to kit out Burnaby Lake with Canterbury, the world's most recognized rugby brand!
Players of all abilities from all over the world have enjoyed the spirited play and camaraderie available at BLRC. In addition to offering a first rate Canadian rugby program, BLRC is a friendly and welcoming club, with a vibrant social atmosphere open to all players.
Club Past President Mike Devlin says “the professionalism of the Canterbury brand will assist in elevating Burnaby Lake's image to match our on-field performance. This is an exciting development for the club and all of its members, and we look forward to our relationship with The Rugby Shop for years to come”.
Jason "JMAC" Macdonald adds: "Burnaby Lake exemplifies tradition and the core values of rugby that The Rugby Shop and the Canterbury brand were also founded upon. We look forward to growing this partnership with them and its impact on growing our game within grassroots, BC rugby communities and beyond for years to come."
