What's the difference between on-demand, on-order + made-to-order product types?
On-demand: These are all the products we have currently in house. Unless denoted with Made-to-order tag, you may assume the produce is On-demand. These products take approximately 2-5 days to process, and ship from our facility. This does not include shipping time. Shipping time is dependent on the shipping option chosen by you, the customer.
Made-to-order:These are all our customizable products, such as sublimated jerseys, cut & sew options, customized bags + kits, etc. They take approximately 6-8 weeks to process, produce and ship from our facility. This does not include shipping time. Shipping time is dependent on the shipping option chosen by you, the customer.

How is my order shipped?
We ship using several different carriers including Canada Post, USPS, UPS and Fedex. All of the available items in your order will ship together. We will charge you only for items that have been processed for shipping.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
When your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to the email address you provided when you placed your order.
How do you determine the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order, where it is going and what type of shipping you specify. International and express shipping will cost more than regular shipping.
Do you ship on weekends and holidays?
Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Except where otherwise specified, shipping and delivery services are not available on weekends or holidays.
Is there anything that will delay my order?
Customization, special order, back order, and verification of your billing information can take time. There may also be delays for processing and availability of stock. Shipping logistics can also be delayed by global events like pandemics and weather. Due to Covid-19 lockdowns in China, made-to-order items placed between January - March were delayed by 3-4 weeks.
What should I do if my goods are damaged or lost in transit?
If you are certain that you did not receive your item, please contact us and we will file a report with the carrier and repair, exchange, credit or refund your purchase as quickly as we can.
What happens if an item is missing or is incorrect?
Please contact us and we will send or replace missing or incorrect items as quickly as possible.
Are there any other costs?
International shipments may be subject to customs duty or VAT. This is standard practice for international shipping especially with 3rd party carriers. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
