Standard Return Policies
1. We do not offer Refunds except in cases of missing products. In cases of faulty/incorrect products, incorrect ordering or failure to meet minimum order quantities, customers will be offered exchanges or in-store credit.
2. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
4. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Your order number will work!

6. Shipping refunds and the return process will be processed on receipt of the returned item.
Is there anything that will delay my order?
Customization, special order, back order, and verification of your billing information can take time. There may also be delays for processing and availability of stock. Shipping logistics can also be delayed by global events like pandemics and weather. These situations are are out of our control and we do not offer refunds, only exchanges or instore credit.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within the specified shipping timeframes (located on our shipping FAQ page), please check your team page for updates or information. If there are no additional updates or information on your teams page, please get in touch by using the "CHAT WITH US" button at the bottom right of the page for information about how to proceed.
What if the item I ordered is faulty or damaged?
If your received item is faulty or damaged, we can and will exchange your product, or offer a site credit. Please ship your product back to The Rugby Shop and get in touch by using the "CHAT WITH US" button at the bottom right of the page to initiate the return process.

What happens to my shipping costs if I return an item?
1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, at which point refunds on shipping costs will be determined based on the standard return policies.
2. Please return items using regular mail with a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Without this we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Unless we are at fault, we do not accept international returns.
